Hi everyone!

Recently there has been an outbreak of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD) in Singapore. We have a few cases in our school too.

Here are some questions which can help you write your personal response:

1. What is HFMD?
2. How can you tell whether your friend has HFMD?
3. Is it true that HFMD occur only among children below five? Why?
4. How do you prevent yourself from contracting this disease?
5. Do you know of anyone who has contracted this disease?
6. How does someone with HFMD help to prevent the spread of the disease?
7. What advice would you give to all children to prevent HFMD?
